Product Coordinator, Technology Products, Digital Marketing Analyst | Major Airline Fort Worth, TX | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) | $50/hr | 9-Month Contract
A leading airline is hiring a Product Coordinator to join their Commercial Division. In this role, you'll support the product development lifecycle through light-touch data analysis, performance tracking, and data-driven insights that shape backlog prioritization and product strategy.
What You'll Do
β’ Analyze credit card acquisition and responder data to track performance at the placement level
β’ Monitor the digital conversion funnel and identify which ads are outperforming others
β’ Investigate root causes when performance shifts or anomalies are detected
β’ Support product playbacks with key metrics and performance reporting
β’ Assist with advertising campaign management, including launches, creative placements, and customer experience testing
β’ Deliver bi-weekly performance updates and executive readouts to senior leadership
β’ Triage product issues, conduct bug/defect research, and maintain business rules
β’ Partner with business, IT, and leadership to drive product success
β’ Prepare and present tracking/analysis reports for stakeholders and management
What We're Looking For
β’ Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field
β’ 1+ years of relevant experience (3 years preferred in aviation, digital, or campaign management)
β’ Background in digital campaign management, marketing, or banking/financial services is a plus
β’ Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
β’ Experience with SQL and Adobe Analytics preferred
β’ Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, and Rally a plus
β’ Strong analytical thinking with the ability to present insights to all levels of leadership
β’ Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
