Role description
Alternate Title: Marketing Analytics and Reporting Specialist Location/Schedule: Hybrid if located near Bloomfield, CT. Will consider Remote, USA candidates (EST hours preferred) This role will be responsible for supporting marketing analytics and reporting within our clients Healthcare’s Individual and Family Plan business segment. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the marketing team and key business partners to assess the impact of marketing efforts as well as deliver actionable insights to prove/disprove hypotheses and optimize marketing performance. They will deliver insightful data visualizations and employ advanced analytics techniques to drive meaningful impact for the business and across the enterprise. Primary Responsibilities: β€’ Collaborate with marketing leaders to identify analytics challenges and develop solutions. β€’ Develop and maintain reporting and data visualizations/dashboards across all marketing acquisition, customer engagement, customer retention and broker marketing campaigns. β€’ Assist with learning agenda development, hypothesis formulation, test design (including A/B and/or multivariate), measurement and optimization of all marketing campaigns. β€’ Ensure timely delivery of reporting and improve communication of marketing performance across the enterprise. β€’ Ensure accuracy and consistency in data, marketing campaign tracking, and reporting. β€’ Identify gaps in data/processes, perform root cause analysis where needed and partner with key stakeholders on issue resolution. β€’ Assist with effort to automate reporting and analytics workflows and develop best practices and documentation where needed. β€’ Assist Marketing and the IFP business with ad hoc analytics support as needed. Ideal candidates will offer: β€’ 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, data analytics and/or digital analytics; preferably focused on health insurance and/or healthcare analytics. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business/Marketing Analytics or closely related field is highly desirable. β€’ Hands-on experience in designing and evaluating marketing experiments (A/B and or multivariate testing) and translating campaign outcomes into actionable insights and business value is a plus. β€’ Attention to detail and intermediate to advanced skills managing and working with large and complex datasets. β€’ A high level of skill with data extraction, manipulation, and warehousing tools (SQL, Python, Databricks, Teradata, SAS). β€’ Proven ability to work independently with limited direction or guidance while producing timely and accurate results. β€’ Experience with Adobe Analytics/ Customer Journey Analytics and Tableau is highly preferred. β€’ Strong communication, summarization and presentation skills. β€’ Strong analytic problem-solving skills. β€’ Results-oriented, proactive, self-driven and dedicated. β€’ Emphasis on quality of results being published. β€’ Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
