Matillion ETL Developer W/ Epic Clarity

This role requires overnight (12 AM-5AM PST) hours to be worked. Overview We are seeking a Matillion ETL Developer w/ Epic Clarity to support and maintain mission-critical data integration pipelines between Epic Clarity, SQL Server, and Snowflake. This role requires overnight coverage (12 AM–5 AM PST) to ensure production pipelines run reliably and downstream reporting systems are ready each morning. Responsibilities • Monitor and support nightly ETL pipelines moving data from Epic Clarity and other sources (APIs, SQL Server replication, SSIS packages) into SQL Server and Snowflake. • Identify, troubleshoot, and remediate failed ETL jobs; rerun processes and reset job statuses within in-house frameworks. • Provide clear overnight documentation and handoff notes for daytime teams; escalate DBA-level issues when needed. • Perform nightly/early morning support during production hours (12 AM–5 AM PT) with SLA compliance (8 AM ET). • Recommend and implement improvements to stabilize, optimize, and improve efficiency of data pipelines. • Document recurring issues and contribute to long-term process reliability. Qualifications • Hands-on experience with Matillion ETL (required). • Strong experience working with Epic Clarity data sources (required). • Proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting, read/write operations, and reruns. • Familiarity with SQL Server replication, SSIS packages, and API ingestion. • Experience monitoring and supporting ETL frameworks in production. • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently during off-hours. • Excellent written communication for documenting incidents and providing clear handoffs. • Must be located onshore in the United States (Epic compliance requirement).
