MDM Business Systems / Process Analyst
Full-Time/Contract
Onsite in New Carrollton, MD
Target Hourly Rate - $58.75/hr-$62.15/hr W2; Rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factor
Required Skills:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, business analysis, or systems administration, with direct experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms- preferrably IBM MaaS360, Intune, AirWatch, or similar.
β’ Experience creating process maps, requirements documentation, and user guides.
β’ Experience with enterprise mobile devices-iOS, Android, Windows, asset management, and compliance monitoring.
β’ Ability to troubleshoot customer problems and provide training.
β’ Experience working w/service providers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile for provisioning, escalations, and troubleshooting.
β’ Problem-solving, data gathering, and reporting abilities with attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities:
β’ Work with internal/external project teams to identify suppliers and maintain spreadsheets of all activities.
β’ Work with cross functional teams to identify suppliers of goods and services
β’ Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods. Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy.
β’ Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive with weekly or monthly status reports.
β’ Work closely with the projects team to understand details of procurement requirements.
β’ Assist with managing project budgets for all technology project.
