Role: Senior Data Management Engineer / MDM Developer (Reltio & AWS)
Location: Seattle, WA 98108 (100% On-site - ITAR Requirement)
Compensation: $72.00/hr on W2

Duration: 12 Months
Position Overview
Seeking an enterprise-grade Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Engineer with 10+ years of experience to architect, configure, and scale cloud-native MDM frameworks using Reltio. This 100% on-site role falls under ITAR regulations and requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (USC/GC). The position focuses on establishing single-source-of-truth Golden Records across Customer, Product, or Vendor domains, configuring match/merge and survivorship rules, and engineering automated data ingestion and distribution pipelines integrated with native AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, DynamoDB, MSK/Kinesis).
Key Responsibilities
• Reltio MDM Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, data modeling, and deployment of Reltio MDM platforms to build Golden Records across core enterprise domains.
• Match/Merge & Survivorship Rules: Define, build, and optimize match/merge algorithms, data validation rules, data quality checks, and automated survivorship logic within Reltio.
• AWS Cloud Integration Architecture: Architect, build, and support low-latency integrations between Reltio MDM and AWS native services (AWS S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, DynamoDB, MSK/Kinesis, API Gateway, IAM).
• Data Pipeline Engineering (ETL/ELT): Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and advanced SQL to transform, cleanse, and ingest raw source data into MDM structures.
• Data Governance & Stewardship Collaboration: Partner with data stewards, enterprise architects, and business analysts to map data lineage, enforce governance policies, and refine domain models.
• Agile Engineering & Production Operations: Execute sprint backlogs, author technical architecture documentation, and maintain continuous operational readiness across cloud data pipelines.
Required Skillset
• Experience: 10+ years of dedicated professional MDM implementation experience, including at least 2–3 years in cloud-native MDM environments.
• Reltio MDM Mastery: Direct, hands-on experience designing, modeling, and configuring the Reltio MDM platform.
• AWS Cloud Platform Stack: Active engineering proficiency across core AWS data services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, DynamoDB, Kinesis/MSK, API Gateway).
• Scripting & Data Manipulation: Expert command over Python and advanced SQL for complex data wrangling, automation, and schema transformations (JSON/XML).
