This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional engineering teams and has a strong background in both software development and automotive systems. 💼 Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain software tools for vehicle testing, analysis, and reporting. • Support R&D teams with automated data reporting and custom analysis solutions. • Reprogram and modernize existing tools into scalable, enterprise-level environments. • Collaborate with global technical experts and internal engineering teams. • Lead fault evaluation and support root-cause analysis for testing systems. • Contribute to process improvements and KPI development for engineering operations. 🎓 Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science. • Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, MATLAB, VBA). • Strong understanding of database structures, testing procedures, debugging, and data visualization. • Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, onboard diagnostics, and communication architectures. • Experience with software development in an R&D or automotive context. ✅ Preferred Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in software development or engineering R&D. • Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering. • Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization tools. 🧠 Top Skills & Traits: • Excellent technical communication (written and verbal). • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical mindset. • Ability to thrive in complex, multicultural environments. • Strong time management, adaptability, and organizational skills.
