This role will focus heavily on data management, data governance, metadata, cataloging, and reporting, serving as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, compliance, and usability across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on SQL experience, and familiarity with healthcare data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
β’ Support data management and data governance initiatives, ensuring alignment with established governance frameworks
β’ Manage and maintain data catalogs, metadata, and documentation to improve data discoverability and usability
β’ Partner with business and technical teams as a metadata and reporting liaison
β’ Develop, validate, and maintain reports and datasets to support operational and analytical needs
β’ Perform data quality analysis and remediation, leveraging tools such as Experian or Collibra
β’ Execute SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data
β’ Ensure adherence to healthcare data standards, privacy, and compliance requirements
β’ Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and best practices
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs Degree (required)
β’ Strong experience with Data Management and Data Governance frameworks
β’ Hands-on experience with Data Cataloging and Metadata management
β’ Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
β’ Experience with Data Quality tools (Experian, Collibra, or similar)
β’ Reporting and documentation experience
β’ Healthcare industry experience
β’ Familiarity with Epic (strong plus)Experience with Alation (strong plus)
