MI Data Coordinator

It's more than a job Within this fixed term position you will turn data into clarity—create and maintain reports that drive smarter business decisions. ‎ Our Management Information team plays a vital role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive operational excellence. By sourcing data from multiple platforms, the team designs and delivers performance reports aligned with our Contractual Service Requirements (SORs). These reports are shared with leadership on a daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis to ensure transparency and informed decision-making. A key aspect of this role involves not only producing these regular performance reports but also interpreting the data to uncover trends, highlight opportunities, and support strategic business decisions. It’s about turning numbers into narratives that empower our teams and enhance service delivery. How you create impact • Working closley with the MI Analyst you will be running daily reports to support both our internal and external requirements • Using impressive Excel skills to enhance reporting tolls whilst maintaining existing reports • With a keen eye for detail, you’ll interpret data and transform it into actionable insights that help the operations team make informed decisions. What we would like you to bring • A good level of data manipulation skill in Advanced Excel multi-functional formula and Power Point. • BODMS/Dispatcher WMS experience would be advantageous • Experience of creating and amending reports on SAP Business Objects an advantage. • Maintain integrity of the MI process with detailed review and data cleansing to ensure all data and reports are accurate, current complete and consistent. • Excellent levels of attention to detail along with the ability to present data findings to a wide and varying audience. • Competent with manipulation and updating of spreadsheets and databases. • Strong desire to solve problems, improve/automate old methods and find new ideas of working.
