Job Title: Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer Duration: 12-18 months Location: Pennington, NJ / Charlotte, NC / Addison, TX (Local candidates preferred) Required Pay Scale: $68-$73/hr - W2 • • • Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates • • • Job Summary: Project Details: Our client, a major financial institution is seeking a Senior Engineer with deep expertise in AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot technologies to join its Productivity Architecture and Engineering team. Key Responsibilities: • Lead engineering efforts for Microsoft 365 Copilot, focusing on AI-driven interactions, operational sustainability, and compliance. • Configure and manage AI tools like Copilot Studio and ensure secure integration with enterprise data. • Educate team members on best practices and maintain technical artifacts for operational excellence. • Provide technical oversight, mentoring, and escalate issues to management as needed. • Ensure alignment with security frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and cloud compliance controls. Required Qualifications: • 10+ years of architecture/engineering experience in Microsoft cloud services, especially with AI. • Expertise in: • Microsoft Copilot, custom AI agents, and Copilot Studio. • Active Directory, network infrastructure (DNS/DHCP), PowerShell scripting. • Cloud and on-premises AI modeling services. • Security & compliance frameworks. • Hybrid cloud environments, identity management (Azure Entra ID), authentication (OAuth/Kerberos). • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. • Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies.
