About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps and Azure DevOps to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable CRM and Power Platform solutions while driving ALM best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and seamless integrations across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: • Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) solutions to meet business requirements. • Develop and deploy Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps, Power Fx, and Dataverse. • Build and optimize Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and process automation. • Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, business rules, and business process flows. • Develop plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript extensions for advanced CRM functionality. • Implement ALM best practices using Azure DevOps across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments. • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Power Platform Build Tools in Azure DevOps. • Manage solution packaging, source control (Git), branching strategies, and automated deployments. • Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with SharePoint, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Azure services. • Build reusable components, custom connectors, and PCF controls to extend Power Apps functionality. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, user-focused solutions. • Work in Agile/Scrum teams using Azure Boards for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and work item tracking. Required Skills: • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM. • Strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Fx. • Proven experience configuring Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML / Classic) for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform deployments. • Hands-on with Power Platform Build Tools, solution packaging, and managed/unmanaged solutions. • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and Web API. • Experience developing plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript form scripting. • Experience with Git, branching strategies, and pull request workflows. • Solid understanding of environment strategies, security roles, and Dataverse architecture. • Familiarity with PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) and custom connectors. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Certifications: PL-400, PL-200, MB-210, MB-230, or PL-600. • Experience with Power Pages, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio. • Exposure to Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management. • Experience with AI Builder or Copilot for Dynamics 365.
