Experience: 8–10 Years
Role Description:
• Strong expertise in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, and integrations.
• Proficient in core .NET technologies including WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server.
• Experienced in deployment processes and lifecycle management.
• Worked as a CRM Developer on at least two full implementation projects.
• Skilled in integrating CRM using web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging tools (NServiceBus).
• Insurance CRM domain experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM Sales and Service modules.
• Expertise in developing Plugins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, and Custom Scripts.
• Knowledge of design and development best practices for CRM 2013/2015.
• Hands-on experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills.
