SAP EWM Technical Developer

We are seeking a skilled SAP EWM Technical Developer with deep expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management and strong ABAP development skills. The ideal candidate will leverage hands-on experience in designing and implementing EWM solutions preferably in the Aerospace & Defense sector while driving innovation through advanced programming frameworks like SAP BTP, RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model), CDS (Core Data Services), and BAPI interfaces. The role emphasizes building scalable, modern SAP applications and integrations using the latest technologies (SAPUI5, BAS, GitLab), ensuring robust, compliant, and high-performance warehouse management. As an SAP Developer Contractor, you will be responsible for developing and customizing SAP applications to meet business requirements and enhance system performance. Developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP and other SAP development tools.Integrating SAP with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Creating and maintaining technical documentation for SAP solutions, including code comments and design documents. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP applications and integrations. Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise. Primary Skill Required for the Role: AP Fiori/UX Level Required for Primary Skill: Advanced (6-9 years experience) Required Skills & Qualifications: US Citizenship required Professional Experience: • Minimum 3 5 years hands-on development in SAP EWM module. • Proven work experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector (highly preferred). • Demonstrated expertise with RAP (Managed/Unmanaged), SAPUI5, CDS, ACL, BAS, GitLab, and BAPI. Technical Skills: • Strong proficiency in ABAP programming, especially within S/4HANA. • Deep understanding of warehouse management and supply chain processes. • Experience with cloud-based SAP development and modern DevOps practices. • Familiarity with industry regulations (ITAR, DFARS, etc.) is a plus. Soft Skills: • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
