This role requires a reliable, self-driven professional with excellent communication skills who thrives in a collaborative virtual environment. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using MicroStrategy, following industry best practices and internal standards. • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions. • Collaborate with data teams to write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently. • Support and enhance existing MicroStrategy reports and architecture to ensure high performance and scalability. • Leverage Tableau as a secondary visualization tool for cross-platform reporting needs. • Ensure consistent, accurate, and meaningful visual storytelling aligned with business goals. • Communicate clearly and effectively in a remote work environment with both technical and non-technical team members. Required Qualifications • 8+ years of overall IT experience in data or analytics-focused roles. • 6+ years of hands-on experience developing BI solutions using MicroStrategy, including dashboard development and advanced data visualization. • Strong understanding of MicroStrategy best practices, schema objects, and report design principles. • Solid SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and performance tuning. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in remote or distributed work environments. • Strong reliability, accountability, and self-motivation in independent work settings. Preferred Qualifications • Working experience with Tableau and familiarity with its ecosystem and capabilities. • Experience working in large enterprise or complex corporate environments. • Retail industry experience or familiarity with retail analytics use cases.
