Description
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for helping a fast-paced team evaluate system issues, streamline operations, and improve data driven decision making through careful analysis. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Job Location
Washington, D.C. (with telework eligibility, subject to COR approval)
What You Will Do
• Analyze multiple mission critical system data for trends, volume, and operator performance.
• Research and summarize complaints submitted through agency systems.
• Log and manage information in agency case management platforms, including ServiceNow and Tableau.
• Conduct research using agency databases and develop summaries for escalation and distribution to senior level leadership
• Evaluate program compliance and recommend operational improvements using business analytics.
• Provide statistical analysis and ad hoc reporting using Tableau and related tools.
• Support programmatic analysis of new tasks within contract scope, including planning and database solutions.
• Utilize CRM and RAD applications, and contribute to workflow/process design and documentation.
What You Will Bring With You
• US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
• Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
• MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
• 3+ Years experience and a Bachelor’s degree; OR master’s degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• 1+ Experience working with ServiceNow as an end-to-end Case Management System.
• 2+ years experience in advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• 2+ Years Experience in responding to information requests, conducting database searches, and summarizing findings under tight deadlines.

• Law enforcement or immigration-related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend English and Spanish documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Active DHS public trust; OR an active public trust at any agency
Professional Skills
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple assignments.
• Experience designing workflow documentation and process maps.
• Proficiency in predictive analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Strong experience with predictive analytics and data visualization in tools like Tableau.
• Detail-oriented tendencies with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.
• Self starter with the ability to work independently
