Responsibilities: β€’ Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources. β€’ Work within existing data structures β€’ Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support decision-making. β€’ Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data sets. β€’ Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and support hypothesis testing. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop analytical solutions. β€’ Promote data governance and data quality initiatives within the organization. β€’ Educate and train colleagues on data literacy and best practices. β€’ Advocate for the use of data to drive business decisions. β€’ Work with IT and business users to understand data requirements and develop solutions. β€’ Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. β€’ Foster a data-aware culture within the organization. β€’ Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata. β€’ Support the development and implementation of data processes and procedures. β€’ Contribute to the development of strategic data plans and initiatives. β€’ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and data governance.
