Responsibilities:
β’ Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.

β’ Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support decision-making.
β’ Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data sets.
β’ Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and support hypothesis testing.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop analytical solutions.
β’ Promote data governance and data quality initiatives within the organization.
β’ Educate and train colleagues on data literacy and best practices.
β’ Advocate for the use of data to drive business decisions.
β’ Work with IT and business users to understand data requirements and develop solutions.
β’ Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
β’ Foster a data-aware culture within the organization.
β’ Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata.
β’ Support the development and implementation of data processes and procedures.
β’ Contribute to the development of strategic data plans and initiatives.
β’ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and data governance.
Qualifications:
Required:
β’ Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
β’ Extensive knowledge in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
β’ Experience with SQL or other database technologies.
β’ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
β’ Experience with data governance, data quality, or data privacy.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
