As MIS Manager, you’ll lead the college’s Management Information Systems function, ensuring accurate data collection, reporting, and compliance across all departments. You’ll be instrumental in shaping data-driven decision-making, supporting curriculum planning, funding returns, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the college’s MIS operations, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting
• Manage ILR submissions and ensure full compliance with ESFA and other funding bodies
• Lead and develop a small team of MIS professionals
• Collaborate with curriculum and support teams to optimise data usage
• Provide strategic insights through dashboards and performance metrics
• Ensure GDPR compliance and robust data governance What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of ILR, funding methodologies, and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in MIS software (e.g., ProSolution, EBS, or similar)
