MS Dynamics CRM Data Migration Analyst

Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Data Development/Analyst - Sales & Pricing Location: Remote - CST hours Job Type: Contract with Hire Potential Rate: 60-70/hour W2 NO C2C help in any form – referral or subvendor Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Analyst/Developer to support a large-scale transformation initiative involving the consolidation of multiple source platforms into Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a senior-level role requiring a strong mix of technical acumen, cross-functional coordination, and strategic business analysis. You will be a key player in defining, managing, and executing the data migration strategy in close partnership with internal stakeholders and technical resources. Required Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in data migration analysis/development, with at least 3 years focused on data migration projects, experience with Dynamics and preferrable from Salesforce to Dynamics (60% development and 40% analyst) -Experience working with the Dynamics sales & pricing module - Strong experience with SQL Server Integration Services (KingswaySoft Preferred) - Experience with platforms: Salesforce, Kantata (Mavenlink), Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Proficiency in SQL and data extraction principles. - Demonstrated success in complex enterprise system migrations, preferably involving CRM or PSA platforms. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation. - Exceptional coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across internal teams and third-party vendors. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, precision, and diplomacy. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives. - Experience with Kingswaysoft - Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Data Services is a plus. #TECH
