The MS - Dynamics SME will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems. Responsibilities will also include analyzing business requirements, developing system integrations, providing user support, troubleshooting issues, and conducting periodic system updates. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with business objectives. MS - Dynamics SME Location : Baltimore, MD ( Only Local) Qualifications needed: Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related discipline. • 7 years of experience in IT industry • 3 years of experience as a technical expert in an IT organization • 3 years of experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development and customization • Experience with Javascript, C#, .NET, and Web Services • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 APIs and SDKs • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management solutions • Experience with SQL, database management and data migration techniques • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment • Problem solving skills • mohan@synergent.net mohan@synergent.net
