We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer with a proven track record in architecting and building complex cloud flows, custom connectors, and advanced Power Apps forms. You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering solutions that empower our teams and drive digital transformation.
Requirements
β’ Collaborate effectively within an established Agile development team, actively participating in use case presentations, design reviews, continuous technical code reviews, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality, robust solutions.
β’ Design, develop, and implement Power Apps (Canvas) solutions.
β’ Build and optimize complex Power Automate cloud flows, integrating with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Office 365.
β’ Create custom connectors and reusable components for scalable automation.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into robust, user-friendly solutions.
β’ Ensure Role Based Security, standards compliance, and governance are incorporated into all Power Platform solutions.
β’ Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing Power Platform applications and flows.
β’ Document solutions, provide user training, and support adoption across the organization.
β’ Stay current with Power Platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
β’ Proven experience developing advanced Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate flows for enterprise environments.
β’ Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Office 365 integrations.
β’ Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex logic, conditional branching, error handling, logging, and custom connectors in cloud flows.
β’ Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services integrations.
β’ Skilled in UI/UX design principles for creating intuitive, responsive forms.
β’ Solid grasp of Power Platform security models, permissions, and data governance.
β’ Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform solutions.
β’ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
β’ Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-400).
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience with Power BI, reporting, and analytics.
β’ Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and other cloud services.
β’ Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
β’ Experience mentoring or training end users and junior developers.
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $65-90/hr DOE W2.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
