We are seeking an experienced Adabas/Natural Developer to support and modernize legacy systems for our Child Welfare program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Natural Programming, ADABAS, Visual Basic 6, .NET (C#, ASP.NET), and SQL, along with experience in data integration, batch processing, and file-based interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ 2+ years in Natural programming, 5+ years in VB6 & SQL, .NET proficiency.
β’ Hands-on ADABAS experience and legacy system maintenance.
β’ Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
β’ Highly Preferred: Experience with SACWIS/MACWIS/CCWIS systems and child welfare processes.
β’ Maintain, enhance, and modernize legacy Adabas/Natural and VB6 applications.
β’ Develop and support .NET applications and data migration processes.
β’ Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
β’ Ensure compliance with federal CCWIS standards (Child Welfare Systems).
β’ Prepare technical documentation and participate in design and code review sessions.
