Job Title: nCino Developer Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week) Type of Hire: Contract About the Role We are seeking an experienced nCino Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the Commercial Loan Origination process. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical knowledge of the nCino, Inc. platform, along with solid Salesforce development experience. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations that support lending operations. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the nCino platform to support commercial loan origination processes. • Configure and customize key nCino modules including loan lifecycle management, collateral tracking, and covenant monitoring. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate functional requirements into technical solutions. • Develop and maintain Salesforce components including Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Build and maintain integrations between nCino, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems using APIs. • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and platform governance. • Support deployment activities, production releases, and ongoing enhancements. Required Qualifications Core nCino Expertise • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with nCino Commercial Loan Origination System. • Strong experience with the following modules: • Loan Processing Stages • Collateral Management • Covenant Management • Change Memo • Deal Structure • Product Configuration • Screen Configuration Salesforce Technical Skills • Strong development experience with: • Apex Classes and Triggers • Salesforce Flows • Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Experience with API development and enterprise system integrations. Professional Skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage development tasks end-to-end. • Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or II preferred). • Experience in commercial banking or financial services domain. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
