Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nuvolo Developer to support development, configuration, and optimization of the Nuvolo Connected Workplace platform (built on ServiceNow). The role centers on asset management, maintenance, space, and real-estate operations within a retail-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Platform Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Nuvolo platform using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and related web technologies.
β’ Module Configuration: Configure and manage Nuvolo modules such as Asset & Maintenance, Real Estate & Portfolio, Space & Workplace, and Capital Planning & Projects.
β’ Workflow Automation: Build and enhance workflows supporting retail operationsβwork order management, incident management, change management, and service catalog processes.
β’ Systems Integration: Integrate Nuvolo with enterprise systems and third-party applications to support seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
β’ Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues, providing technical support to internal teams and client stakeholders.
β’ Data Management: Work with data models, schemas, and reporting structures to support accurate asset tracking and operational insights.
β’ Vendor Management Enablement: Configure capabilities for tracking vendor performance, SLAs, maintenance schedules, and service histories for store equipment.
β’ Compliance & Reporting: Ensure accurate system records and support the generation of operational, compliance, and financial reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ Nuvolo Expertise: Hands-on experience developing and configuring the Nuvolo platform.
β’ Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies; familiarity with React, Node.js, and related frameworks is preferred.
β’ Domain Knowledge: Understanding of facility management, ITSM processes, and retail operational environments (POS systems, inventory, store operations).
β’ Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and design effective, scalable solutions.
β’ Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
