ODM Developer

This position is with one of our clients in The USA, who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams. Role: ODM Developer Employment type: Contract Technology: IBM ODM, Git, Maven, Jenkins Location: Remote(EST Time Zone) Job Description- Must Have Prior State client exp. Please attach two managerial level references with each candidate submittal, we will have to check the reference before submittal per the client request. Required Skill(s): • 8+ years’ experience in developing, deploying, and managing business rules, decision tables, and rule flows. • Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing business rules using IBM ODM • Advanced experience integrating rule engines within Java-based enterprise applications, leveraging Spring, REST APIs, and modern frameworks. • Strong understanding of decision modeling (DMN) and rule authoring best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance. • Skilled in testing, debugging, and tuning rule executions across multiple environments. • Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, or similar tools for version control, build automation, and CI/CD processes. • Ability to collaborate with analysts, architects, and developers to align business rules with organizational policies and technical architectures.
