OFSAA Designer

Role: OFSAA Designer Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ (Hybrid) Contract & FTE Role Overview: Wipro is seeking an experienced OFSAA Designer to support its one of the customer's Oracle FCCM platform initiatives. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in OFSAA design, data modeling, and PL/SQL development, with experience supporting regulatory and compliance use cases in a large banking environment. The candidate is expected to work closely with business, data, and technology stakeholders in an Agile delivery model. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and customize OFSAA / FCCM components in line with customer's compliance and regulatory requirements Work extensively on OFSAA data models, metadata management, and JTMF framework Develop, optimize, and support PL/SQL code for data ingestion, transformations, and validations Configure scenarios and rules using Oracle Compliance Studio Support FCCM use cases including AML, KYC, and regulatory reporting Design and support reporting and data extracts required by compliance and business teams Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams Document designs, configurations, and solutions using Confluence Support SIT/UAT cycles, defect resolution, and production deployments Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience with OFSAA Strong experience working on Oracle FCCM implementations Solid understanding of OFSAA Data Model and JTMF Strong PL/SQL development and performance tuning skills Hands‑on experience with Oracle Compliance Studio Experience working in Agile delivery environments Experience with reporting and data validation Strong documentation skills using Confluence Preferred / Nice to Have: Prior experience working with Tier‑1 North American banks Exposure to large‑scale FCCM transformations or regulatory remediation programs Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with client stakeholders
