OpenText Exstream Technical Developer

Job Title: OpenText Exstream Technical Developer Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: We are seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream Technical Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise correspondence solutions in cloud and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Exstream (20.4 and above, Cloud Edition preferred) and strong hands-on skills with key Exstream tools. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and configure enterprise correspondence solutions using OpenText Exstream. • Work on template development, data mapping, workflow configuration, and output delivery across multiple channels (print, email, SMS, digital). • Implement cloud-native Exstream deployments, SaaS architecture, and API integrations. • Support migration from legacy platforms (DOC1, Mainframe) to modern Exstream Cloud/Hybrid solutions. • Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of templates, rules, and workflows. • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure communication solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (Cloud Edition strongly preferred). • Expertise with two or more tools in OT Communications (Exstream), such as: • Designer • Content Author • Interactive/Empower • Orchestration • Document & Production (DnP) Design Tools • Proven experience with Empower, Designer, and Composition Center. • Strong knowledge of template development, letter generation, batch/on-demand/interactive communications, and print file readiness. • Proficiency with .NET, C#, SQL for integration and technical configuration. • Experience with cloud-native deployments (AWS, SaaS, Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus. • Familiarity with Exstream versions 20.4 through current highly preferred. Nice to Have: • OpenText Certifications. • Experience with other CCM/ECM platforms (Appian, OnBase, FileNet). • Healthcare domain experience
