Title: OpenText Magellan Intelligence Specialist
Location: Dallas,TX(Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using OpenText Magellan / OpenText Intelligence tools.
• Develop advanced data analytics dashboards and visualizations tailored to business needs.
• Configure and customize Magellan BI reports using iHub, BIRT, and advanced data modeling.
• Integrate Magellan with various enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, OpenText ECM, databases).
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability of analytics solutions.
• Provide training and support to internal users and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Magellan platform.
• Stay updated with the latest features and enhancements in OpenText Intelligence offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with OpenText Magellan (OpenText Intelligence) including BIRT/iHub.
• Proficiency in creating custom dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and database design (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience in working with structured and unstructured data.
• Familiarity with big data and machine learning components of Magellan is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
