What You’ll Be Doing Become the Explorer of Our Data Universe - Map out correlations between services, demand, delivery, and customer behaviour - Uncover relationships between operational metrics that others haven’t spotted yet - Build regression models (linear, multivariate, and beyond) to explain what drives performance - Present your findings to the stakeholders and drive progress Turn Insights Into Stories People Remember - Transform complex findings into clear, compelling stories that resonate with business teams and customers - Craft insight narratives that explain what’s happening, why it matters, and what we should do next - Present your discoveries in ways that spark action, not confusion Drive Real‑World Change - Work hand‑in‑hand with operational teams to turn insights into meaningful actions - Collaborate with stakeholders to shape improvement plans grounded in evidence - Use your findings to fuel efficiency gains, automation opportunities, and smarter decision‑making - Influence how Dals evolves by showing us what the data is really saying What You Bring - Experience in data analytics, BI, or a similar analytical role - Strong grasp of correlation, regression, and statistical modelling - A natural storyteller who can make data feel human and relevant - Proficiency with analytical tools is a plus(Excel, Python, R, SQL, BI platforms) - Curiosity, creativity, and a drive to make things better - Confidence working with stakeholders and operational teams What's In It For You? • Hybrid working post-training (3 days a week in office, 2 days at home) • 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, this increases with your service • Refer and Earn - Employee referral scheme and bonuses • Family Friendly - Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay and gift hampers for new parents • Employee Experiences - Social events and regular engagement activities, such as Christmas and Summer parties, in office events and competitions and long service awards.
