Operations Data Analyst (Investment Banking)

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Operations Data Reconciliation Specialist to support daily operational activities within a banking environment. While the broader function sits within Treasury Operations, the primary focus of this role will be reconciling financial and operational data, maintaining reporting accuracy, and supporting process visibility through spreadsheets and Power BI dashboards. This individual will work cross-functionally to ensure data integrity, support operational workflows, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilitie • sPerform daily and periodic data reconciliation across treasury and operational datasets to ensure accuracy and completenes • sAnalyze discrepancies, investigate root causes, and partner with internal teams to resolve variance • sBuild, maintain, and enhance reports using Excel and Power BI to support operational tracking and decision-makin • gValidate financial and operational data within treasury systems, spreadsheets, and internal tool • sSupport daily operational workflows tied to ACH, deposits, online banking activity, and account servicin • gReview documentation and operational records for accuracy and complianc • eAssist with reporting, dashboards, and data visualization to provide insights into treasury operations performanc • eMonitor shared inboxes and internal requests related to operations and reconciliation activitie • sCollaborate with stakeholders across operations, finance, and customer support teams to improve data quality and processe • sEnsure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standard sRequired Skills & Qualification • sStrong experience working with spreadsheets (Excel) for reconciliation, analysis, and reportin • gExperience using Power BI to build dashboards and visualize operational or financial dat • aHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skill • sAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmen • tEffective written and verbal communication skill • sFoundational understanding of banking products, treasury operations, or financial services workflows preferre dEducation & Experienc • eHigh School Diploma or equivalent require • d0–2 years of experience within a financial institution, operations, or data-focused role preferre • dExposure to treasury operations, reconciliation, banking systems, or financial data analysis is a plu sNice to Hav • eExperience supporting ACH, deposits, or online banking operation • sFamiliarity with general ledger balancing, financial data validation, or operational reportin • gInterest in process improvement and data-driven decision makin g
