Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for oracle bi solutions.2. Design and develop oracle bi solutions, including data modeling, etl processes, and creating reports and dashboards.3. Skill Requirements
Proficiency in Oracle BI technologies such as oracle business intelligence enterprise edition (OBIEE), Oracle BI publisher, and oracle analytics cloud.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques.
Experience in designing and developing reports, dashboards, and analytics using oracle bi tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize oracle bi applications for performance enhancements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and project teams effectively.
Experience in OBIEE RPD modeling, designing start/snowflake schemas
OBIEE Expert with a thorough understanding of OBIEE architecture and the role of different OBIEE components like Analytic Server, Web Server, RPD, Web Catalog, Security, Dashboards, Reports, iBots and Scheduler
Experience in writing and profiling complex PL/SQL queries and fetch appropriate data from huge data sets efficiently (Oracle)
Experience in OBIEE Features (i.e. Cache, Usage tracking, Dimensional hierarchy, Variables/Initialization Blocks configuration etc.), converting Snow-Flake Schema to Star Schema, Dim Hierarchies, Dim Extensions, and Physical & Logical Data Modeling.
Possess good communication, interpersonal skills, an ability to quickly grasp new concepts- both technical and business related. Flexible and experienced to work independently or in a team environment.
Relevant OBIEE with ETL experience should be 6 to 12 years.
Designing, developing, and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
Requirements Gathering and Analysis of working with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Hands-on experience on OAS with Data Visualization (DV) for reporting solutions
Experience in Data Warehouse Integration in managing the ETL pipelines that feed data into the OBIEE environment and should be able to resolve data discrepancy issues while tracing back thru ETL and source systems.
Experience in end-to-end process from source system analysis via ETL to OBIEE deployments with data reconciliation and validation skills.
Education/Experience: Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and 6-12 years of relevant experience.Specialization Domains: Supply Chain, Warehouse Management DistributionTechnologies: Oracle BI - OBIEE, Oracle Database tools like TOAD, SQL Plus and Oracle toolsCertifications: Oracle Business Intelligence certification is preferred but not mandatory.
