Oracle Data Conversion Analyst

Position: Data Conversion Analyst Location: Remote 100% Duration: 12+ Months Job description Client Management Skills • Effective communication skills to understand conversion process, overall Oracle conversion skills. • PeopleSoft technical experience since the source system for the data conversion is from PeopleSoft and Oracle database custom applications. • Technical implementation knowledge and hands-on experience of Oracle Cloud HCM, Finance and SCM modules • SDLC development cycle, code repository, code control and change control process. Certification Required • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) certification required. • Oracle SaaS technical implementation (application developer / implementor) certification • PL-SQL expert level Data Conversion Skills: • Experience in implementing multiple full cycle Oracle HCM and ERP (Finance and SCM) cloud with the latest version of Oracle fusion cloud. • Strong hand on experience in creating PLSQL query, packages, and Stored Procedure to develop conversion scripts to load Client provided DB queries, flat file in the specific format into HDL, HCM extracts and FBDI. • Troubleshooting skills in Conversion development in pre-validation, data loading, loading errors and post validation process • Experience in creating data validation and reconciliation scripts. • Strong data mapping knowledge to work with business and functional team members. • Alteryx experience to use conversion template for HCM for the data mapping, translation to create HDL to load the data. • Understanding of the OIC-ATP, data mapping and translation to create FBDI file required to use conversion tool. • Oracle GenAI Services • Understanding of the Oracle GenAI and Service to use with SaaS (HCM/FIN/SCM)-Nice to Have Preferred • Background of PeopleSoft bolt-on integration, back-end knowledge ( SQR, Report engine) • Drupal Web content application
