Role description
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle D2K, PL/SQL environment to do the following:
• Follow the internal processes to the ‘T.’
• Document the transition.
• From steady state: on a day-day basis resolve tickets within SLA
• Be absolutely client experience focused and have a passion to identify opportunities to continuously improve our services.
• Report to Leads outside of the local region and participate in preparing/presenting status reports.
• Programming, conduct code reviews, and test software as needed, ensuring quality of deliverables.
• Assist in Documentation - KEDB - Recovery & Resolution procedures.
• Analyze business functions and data discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with global team members and business users at all levels.
• On-call responsibility on a rotation basis is required once the candidate is up to speed.
• Work would be in Energy and manufacturing functional area.
• Flexible to work in Maintenance/Support Development Projects
• Execute various forms of testing – unit, system, regression, integration, performance, volume.
• Experience in code management and versioning methodologies.
• Be open to learn on the job and work on other technologies.
