Role description
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle D2K, PL/SQL environment to do the following:
β’ Follow the internal processes to the βT.β
β’ Document the transition.
β’ From steady state: on a day-day basis resolve tickets within SLA
β’ Be absolutely client experience focused and have a passion to identify opportunities to continuously improve our services.
β’ Report to Leads outside of the local region and participate in preparing/presenting status reports.
β’ Programming, conduct code reviews, and test software as needed, ensuring quality of deliverables.
β’ Assist in Documentation - KEDB - Recovery & Resolution procedures.
β’ Analyze business functions and data discrepancies.
β’ Communicate effectively with global team members and business users at all levels.
β’ On-call responsibility on a rotation basis is required once the candidate is up to speed.
β’ Work would be in Energy and manufacturing functional area.
β’ Flexible to work in Maintenance/Support Development Projects
β’ Execute various forms of testing β unit, system, regression, integration, performance, volume.
β’ Experience in code management and versioning methodologies.
β’ Be open to learn on the job and work on other technologies.
