Role Overview:
My global end-user client is looking for an Oracle Implementation Consultant to support their ongoing finance transformation.
I'm looking for someone who understands Oracle Cloud Financials inside out and knows how to translate tech talk into functional requirements for the wider finance team.
You'll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly, users are trained and confident, and the implementation lands without a hitch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and coordinate UAT test cycles - including script creation, walkthroughs, and tracking issues to resolution
• Escalate system issues and partner with vendors to drive fixes
• Act as the key bridge between finance stakeholders and technical teams
• Deliver practical end-user training and build confidence across finance teams
• Support data validation, cutover planning, and hypercare post-go-live
• Ensure solutions align with internal controls and compliance standards
Candidate Requirements:
• Oracle Cloud Financials expertise across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
• Strong understanding of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
• Experience with UAT, including defect management and stakeholder walkthroughs
• A proactive, confident communication style and strong documentation skills
• Accounting qualifications (desirable)
