Type: Long-term Contract (W2 only)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Developer with expertise across Oracleβs cloud technology stack. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in full-stack development, enterprise cloud architecture, and delivery of secure, scalable solutions for high-impact public sector programs (Weatherization, STARS, CSBG, PIPP).
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
β’ Strong expertise in Oracle Engagement Cloud (Fusion), Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA), Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle IAM (IDCS).
β’ Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Groovy scripting, Postman, OTBI, and BI Publisher (BIP).
β’ Develop and enhance Fusion/Engagement Cloud components, workflows, and business logic.
β’ Configure/manage Oracle OCI environments, integrate via REST/SOAP APIs.
β’ Build dashboards/reports using OTBI and BIP.
β’ Implement DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO), Git, YAML scripting.
β’ Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, NIST and other data governance standards.
β’ Experience supporting government program applications (Weatherization, STARS, CSBG, PIPP).
Minimum Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
β’ 6+ years in full-stack Oracle Cloud application development.
β’ Strong background in CI/CD, Agile, and cloud-based architectures.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ 3+ years of continuous Oracle Fusion/Cloud tools experience.
β’ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
