Role description
Whitebridge is looking for a Data Migration Analyst with experience of migration from Oracle EBS HR to Oracle Fusion HCM
Key responsibilities include:
β’ Design, build and execute effective validation, error handling and reconciliation processes
β’ Identification of data quality issues with required datasets in both EBS and non-EBS sources
β’ Support the collection/extraction and transformation into HDL format of all required non-EBS data sources
β’ Manage the creation, and conversion to HDL format, of any new datasets required to support the migration
β’ Establish and manage data cleanse processes to resolve data quality issues (including those identified by the SI)
β’ Document non-EBS data migration and data retirement processes and procedures
Required Skills
β’ Demonstrable, recent experience in Oracle Cloud HCM projects as a Data Provisioning & Reconciliation Analyst with responsibility for delivering reconciliation processes and reports
β’ Demonstrable, recent experience working with various data sources and technologies to achieve migration objectives
β’ Relevant and recent experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Reports & Analytics
β’ Advanced Excel skills
β’ Strong understanding of Oracle EBS HR and Payroll data lifecycles so as to understand a data setsβ state and relay to the business the actions required to completely cleanse a record.
β’ Strong understanding of data migration best practices and methodologies
β’ Appreciation of the importance of automation and repeatability in building data reconciliation solutions
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Excellent communication and analytical skills
β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role will be a mix of working from home and the office (choice of Reading or Havant). The role will be umbrella based working. Direct applicants only please.
