Position: Oracle EBS HCM Developer (100% Remote)
Location: 100% Remote
Required Skills & Technologies:
• Oracle EBS R12 (12.2.9), Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow
• PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Interface Tables, APIs, Concurrent Programs
• TOAD, JDeveloper, OAF customizations and extensions
• Unix/Linux, XML, HTML5, Java, JavaScript, APEX
• Familiarity with Taleo for building integrations is a plus
• Tools such as Appworx, KBX are beneficial
Qualifications:
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HCM modules
• Proven experience in technical design, coding, and documentation
• Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Experience with workflow design, API usage, and system integrations
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
