Oracle HCM Developer 100% Remote Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud (Talent, Learning, Payroll, Performance, and more) Create and update Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher/OTBI reports Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions Troubleshoot and resolve HCM-related issues across modules Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud SaaS best practices during configuration and development Participate in quarterly patch review and testing cycles (specific to version 25B and beyond) Support data integration activities and interface development using HDL (HCM Data Loader), REST APIs, and other tools Document changes, conduct unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Developer in a Cloud SaaS environment Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM version 25B or similar Strong knowledge of the Talent module; familiarity with Learning, Payroll, and Performance modules is a plus Proficiency with HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and REST APIs Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $54.39 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Life insurance Paid time off Work Location: Remote
