Role description
We are looking for a Programmer Analyst for our Oracle Cloud HCM application. This position will develop solutions and designs for systems integrations, data conversions, reports, data extracts
and PaaS applications. Functional reporting areas include Core Human Resources, Recruiting, Learning Management, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation
and HR Help Desk.
Job Duties:
β’ Consult with the business teams to understand and assess business requirements for the configuration, testing, implementation, and development of key business reports and analytics.
β’ Ability to develop and own solutions through project or development lifecycles.
β’ Ability to mentor and conduct technical design and code reviews.
β’ Development of Internal and External integrations and reports HCM tools like OTBI/BI Publisher, HCM Data Extract and OIC
β’ Research and implement new features and functions within the Cloud SaaS and PaaS environments.
β’ Work extensively with technology systems analysts, developers, testers, system administrators to collaborate and develop application security solutions which meet the
β’ technology and business requirements for all applicable testing and production environments.
β’ Prioritize opportunities to improve processes for application development and reporting functions.
β’ Performs data analysis to understand system capabilities and troubleshoot environment issues.
β’ Knowledge and ability to use and administer the organization's technology practices, standards and procedures.
What we are searching for
β’ 4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
β’ Minimum 4 years of recent techno functional experience in HCM Oracle Cloud HCM (Mainly HCM and Benefits Modules) is needed.
β’ Minimum 4 years of technical and development experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Benefits modules.
β’ Must have hands-on experience with developing solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud. A deep knowledge of HCM Data Extract and OTBI/BI Publisher is required.
β’ Must have hands-on experience with flex fields, HDLs, spreadsheet loader, functional configuration manager, user defined tables, value sets, value sets.
β’ Hands-on Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) is preferred.
β’ Experience with Benefits Fast Formula, benefits eligibility profiles are required.
β’ Experience with VB and Page composer tools is required.
β’ Strong ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues within the broader project team.
β’ Ability to manage multiple development software projects and priorities and overall impact to the current and new security and application configuration.
β’ Ability to prioritize tasks to meet requirements in a fast-paced continuously changing business.
