Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant Dallas TX (Hybrid Role) 12+ Month Contract Key Responsibilities: • Lead a team supporting Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.) • Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage delivery timelines • Coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution • Oversee testing, configuration, and deployment of updates/quarterly releases • Ensure IT security, data privacy, and SOX/internal audit compliance • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to align system solutions with business needs • Enforce development standards and methodologies • Drive performance tuning and process optimization • Partner with Cyber Security, DBA, EA, and Admin teams on system dependencies Required Skills & Experience: • Strong implementation/support experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud / HCM / ERP • Expertise in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BIP, BICC • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and security best practices • Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (preferred) • Experience collaborating with Oracle Managed Cloud and Support • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills • High level of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision • Data visualization and analytics experience (preferred)
