Oracle PDH Business Analyst - W2 Only

Role: Oracle PDH Business Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA (100% On-site) Compensation: $49/hr W2 (Flexible) Duration:6 Months #Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Oracle PDH Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to lead the functional and technical implementation of Product Data Hub solutions. This role is critical for managing product master data, gathering complex requirements, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity across large-scale programs. #Key Responsibilities • PDH Implementation: Provide hands-on functional and technical expertise for Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH). • Requirement Management: Lead requirement gathering sessions, process modeling, and detailed documentation for product master data. • Data Strategy: Solution complex requirements for product master data subjects and ensure alignment with business goals. • Testing & QA: Create and execute comprehensive test cases to validate PDH configurations and data flows. • Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Advanced Excel to analyze data sets and support day-to-day operational requests. • Global Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams across the globe, leading through influence in an Agile environment. #Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/Master Data environments. • Deep Domain Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PDH(Functional and Technical). • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis. • Agile Knowledge: Solid understanding of Agile principles (CSPO certification is a major plus). • Preferred: Exposure to Oracle Fusion PDH and Oracle Fusion Pricing. • Soft Skills: Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both large programs and operational tasks.
