Knowledge of performance tuning techniques in oracle databases.4. Familiarity with oracle sql developer or similar tools.5. Understanding of database security principles.6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.8. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) PL/SQL Developer is preferred.
