Role: Oracle PL/SQL Developer Location: Wilmington, DE – Onsite (5days / Week) Type: Long term Contract W2 Only USC, GC Cnosultants (No H1b's & EAD Profiles) Job description: Position Overview: • We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Developer with strong PL/SQL, SQL, and DBA expertise to support our Commercial Loans systems within the ICS domain. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in backend development, database optimization, and financial services environments. • This role requires close collaboration with application teams to ensure data integrity, high availability, and efficient deployments. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL code to support business applications. • Perform complex SQL query development and troubleshoot backend workflows. • Monitor and enhance database performance, including tuning and query optimization. • Administer Oracle databases using standard DBA tools to ensure stability, security, and availability. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between applications and databases. • Maintain and improve data models within financial systems, with a focus on Commercial Loans. • Participate in release cycles, deployments, and data migration activities. Required Skills & Qualifications • 8+ years of professional experience in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL development. • Strong experience with Oracle Database Administration (preferably Oracle 19C). • Proven performance engineering and database tuning expertise. • Solid understanding of financial services data models; Commercial Loans experience preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
