Role description
This contractor role will support the Oracle Cloud Applications and Concur system and will include administration, implementations, system enhancements and integrations with other corporate applications.
To be successful in this position, the candidate should have 10+ years experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/Financial, Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Oracle PPM.
Responsibilities:
β’ Establish strong working relationships with Finance, Procurement, PMO, Project Management, IT, Engineering, and key business partners to ensure comprehensive and timely communication of integration projects to all relevant stakeholders.
β’ Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements; consulting with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions.
β’ Responsible to identify, troubleshoot and track systems and process issues to ensure resolution and keep systems efficient and operational.
β’ Establish and grant userβs proper project access based on policy, procedure, guidelines. Timely and accurately resolve access based issues for compliance.
β’ Participate in cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.
β’ Document process flows and standard operating procedures clearly and thoroughly, and train others on the process.
β’ Configure and extending Oracle Fusion ERP/Financial application based on business requirements
β’ Developing and enhancing Oracle OIC integration orchestrations
β’ Develop OTBI dashboard and reports using subject areas and SQL
β’ Support quarterly Oracle system upgrades with internal and external stakeholders and prepare upgrades for the Change Advisory Board.
β’ Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements. Manage βbacklogβ of projects post ERP implementation and triage priorities with Change Advisory Committee approval.
β’ Monitor finance systems service desk tickets.
β’ Support Weekly timecard submittal and approval process.
β’ Continuously evaluate and refine applications and processes to ensure the system is efficient, effective, and scalable
Key Qualifications and Skills:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
β’ Over 10+ years of functional and technical subject Matter expert in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
β’ Over 10+ years in configuring/developing integrations in OIC platform.
β’ Over 10+ years in extending Oracle Fusion Redwood with VBCS/Visual Builder Studio
β’ Over 10+ years in administration and extending OTBI - developing custom reports, dashboard, and agents
β’ Experience in setting up Oracle Fusion Application under multiple Org/Legal Entity/Business Units (BU)
β’ Experience with Oracle BPM β creating and updating BPM Workflow and approval process
β’ Experience in translating (MD50) business requirements into technical design document (MD 70) that details the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud extensions
β’ Experience with finance and accounting business processes including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, intercompany accounting, Order processing, fixed assets, and cash management
β’ SQL, DBMS, and BI reporting knowledge is a plus.
β’ Organized and detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy.
β’ Capable of quickly comprehending new information and technologies.
β’ Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
