Oracle Utilities Developer with C2M (OR) CC&B and MDM Developer

Role: Oracle Utilities Developer with C2M (OR) CC&B and MDM Developer We are seeking highly skilled Developers with strong support and implementation experience across Oracle Utilities platforms, particularly C2M, CC&B, and MDM. This role will focus on delivering a balanced mix of metering operations and billing/payment functions within aggressive implementation programs. Years of Experience • 5+ years (required) Roles and Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and configure Oracle Utilities applications (C2M, CC&B, MDM). • Implement and support metering, billing, and payment processes. • Configure and manage Field & Metering operations, including smart meter data handling. • Develop integrations, extensions, and customizations using OUAF, Java, and Groovy. • Participate in requirement gathering, design sessions, technical development, and testing (SIT/UAT). • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across metering and billing/payment modules. • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure balanced resource allocation between Field & Metering and Billing & Payments. • Ensure adherence to best practices, documentation standards, and delivery timelines. Must Have: • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities C2M (preferred). • Development expertise in CC&B (acceptable). • Solid understanding of Field & Metering (preferred), including meter reads, usage data, and VEE (Validation, Estimation, Editing). • Knowledge of Billing & Payments (acceptable), including customer accounts, invoicing, and collections. • Technical expertise in OUAF, Java, Groovy scripting, and Oracle DB (PL/SQL). • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, time-sensitive projects. Good to Have: • Certification in Oracle Utilities or related technologies. • Experience in the utilities domain (Electric, Gas, Water). Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
