Learn more at www.share.inc About the Role We are looking for an experienced OSS/BSS Solution Architect to take full responsibility for the end-to-end design of our Service Provider’s Core OSS/BSS stack. This role is purely focused on architectural design, system planning, and delivery of detailed technical documentation — including methods of procedure (MoPs), interface definitions, and operational guidelines. You will not be responsible for the build or operational phases, but must deliver a ready-to-execute blueprint that our internal engineering team will use for implementation. Mission Objective Design a robust, modular, scalable OSS/BSS architecture with clear documentation to support the launch and operations of a national Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) ISP, targeting initial GTM by September 2025. Deliverables Expected High-Level Design (HLD) & Low-Level Design (LLD) Documents for: • OSS stack (Zabbix/OpenNMS, Prometheus, Filebeat, OpenSearch, etc.) • BSS stack (Odoo CRM + custom modules) • Data architecture (SQL/NoSQL, logging, CDRs, backups) • Northbound and southbound interfaces (SNMP, API, NetConf, Kafka, etc.) • OSS/BSS integration with NEs and third-party systems Methods of Procedure (MoP) / Implementation Guides, covering: • OSS/BSS VM deployment templates • CI/CD setup guides • Monitoring/logging/NTP/backup integration • IP plan templates and naming conventions • Data collection, notification, and retention policies • Automation and provisioning workflows (API-based) • RBAC and system hardening steps Sizing & BoQ/BOM Recommendations • VM resource allocation (vCPU, RAM, storage) • Hardware/software choices (open source and COTS) • Deployment architecture (HA, distributed setups) Gap & Risk Analysis • Fit/gap analysis for proposed open-source tools • Operational readiness risks • Optional feature roadmap for future customization (e.g., time/volume-based billing, pyramidal services) Technical Environment You’ll Design ForOSS Scope • Monitoring Tools: Zabbix / OpenNMS (infra), Prometheus + Grafana (service metrics) • Logging Stack: Filebeat / Fluent Bit + OpenSearch + Kibana • Backup: urBackup / Proxmox Backup Server (PBS) • NTP Infrastructure • FreeRADIUS for AAA • Southbound protocols: SNMP, Kafka, NetConf, Prometheus exporters • Northbound outputs: CDRs, dashboards, NOC workflows BSS Scope • Core Platform: Odoo (Community/Enterprise) • Modules: CRM, product catalog, billing, order management, self-care portal • Authentication: FreeRADIUS, optional OAuth2/OpenID Connect • DBs: PostgreSQL • Payment gateways, portals: optional roadmap definition Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years in OSS/BSS architecture for telecom, ISP.
