Location: New York, NY
Duration: 6+ months, with possible extension
Pay rate: $44.00-48.00/hr on w2
Summary:
The Paid Media Specialist II will drive the growth of the Paid Media channel to support the goals of an American multinational technology company engaged in e-commerce, cloud computing, online advertising, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence. This role involves creating and managing paid ad campaigns on social media platforms, analyzing performance data, and optimizing budgets. The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to source creative assets and ensure accurate campaign tracking.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms to achieve business objectives.
Source and coordinate creative assets by collaborating with in-house design teams and external partners.
Analyze campaign performance data from Ads Managers and internal dashboards to optimize budgets and improve results.
Provide regular reports on paid media performance, including key metrics and progress toward goals, to leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
4+ years of professional (non-internship) marketing experience, including paid media campaign management on platforms like Meta.
Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, V-lookups, and other analytical functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
Ability to write on-brand, customer-facing copy tailored for digital audiences.
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
