In this role, youβll help maintain and analyze spatial data that drives better decision-making and improves services for our community.

What Youβll Do
β’ πΊοΈ Edit and maintain GIS datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
β’ π οΈ Design schemas, manage tables, views, and data attribution.
β’ π Prepare clear reports and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ π€ Collaborate with the team and work independently on assigned projects.
β’ β±οΈ Juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
β’ π‘ Analyze problems and recommend smart, practical solutions.
β’ π Advocate for data sharing and technology use to improve decision-making.
What Weβre Looking For (Required)
β’ 1β2 years of GIS experience (internships and project experience count!).
β’ Hands-on skills with:
β’ ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Mobile
β’ Microsoft 365 Services & MS Visio
β’ Strong communication skillsβable to explain technical details clearly.
β’ Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple tasks.

β’ Experience with SQL or relational database management.
β’ Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
