Role description
Pension Data Analyst / Pensions Admin - Insurance We are recruiting for a Pensions Data Analyst / Pensions Admin with strong Data Analytic skills and DB/DC experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract. Inside IR35 - Hybrid Responsibilities: β€’ Analyse large and complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, anomalies and opportunities. β€’ Perform data validation and quality checks, investigating discrepancies and ensuring accuracy prior to reporting. β€’ Apply analytical techniques to support regulatory reporting and client deliverables. β€’ Produce regular and ad hoc management information (MI) in line with the data governance framework. β€’ Translate complex data findings into clear, non‑technical insights for internal stakeholders. β€’ Support data governance activities, including documentation of data sources, definitions and reporting logic, ensuring robust audit trails. β€’ Ensure data handling and reporting practices comply with internal policies and procedures. β€’ Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes, controls and reporting automation. Skills & Experience β€’ Strong experience in data analysis and reporting. β€’ Proven ability to work with large datasets and produce accurate, insightful reports. β€’ Advanced Excel skills. β€’ Experience supporting regulatory, client or governance reporting. β€’ Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks or MI standardisation. β€’ Experience using BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar. β€’ Defined Contributions/ Defined Benefit experience If this role is of interest and would like to know more, please apply now!
