Role description
Our client is a global leader in environmental solutions, driving sustainability across water, waste, and energy systems for communities and industries worldwide, based out of Paramus New Jersey, they are looking to hire a People Analytics Analyst on a Contract basis.
Contract Duration: 2 Month contract (Potential to extend or convert)
Required Skills & Experience
β 2-5 years of experience in HR reporting and analytics.
β Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Reporting, including:
β Table Reports
β Canvas Reports
β Story Reports
β Power BI experience a plus
β Strong understanding of data structures & databases
β Experience with data visualization best practices and principles
Soft Skills
β Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
β Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build effective partnerships across all organizational levels
β Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
β Creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box and challenges the status quo
β Strong attention to detail with commitment to data accuracy
β Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
β Experience with SuccessFactors HRIS and reporting tools, i.e., Story Reports & Power BI
β Knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs
β Bachelorβs degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field
Daily Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
β Design, develop, and maintain complex reports using SuccessFactors Reporting tools, including Table Reports, Canvas Reports, and Story Reports
β Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making
β Analyze HR and business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
β Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms
β Develop and maintain report documentation, including data dictionaries and user guides
Business Partnership & Requirements Gathering
β Partner with business stakeholders across various departments to understand reporting needs and requirements
β Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications
β Act as a trusted advisor on reporting best practices and data visualization techniques
Problem Solving & Innovation
β Think creatively to solve complex business problems using data and analytics
β Stay current with SuccessFactors updates, features, and best practices
