Role description
Our client is a global leader in environmental solutions, driving sustainability across water, waste, and energy systems for communities and industries worldwide, based out of Paramus New Jersey, they are looking to hire a People Analytics Analyst on a Contract basis. Contract Duration: 2 Month contract (Potential to extend or convert) Required Skills & Experience ● 2-5 years of experience in HR reporting and analytics. ● Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Reporting, including: β—‹ Table Reports β—‹ Canvas Reports β—‹ Story Reports ● Power BI experience a plus ● Strong understanding of data structures & databases ● Experience with data visualization best practices and principles Soft Skills ● Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences ● Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build effective partnerships across all organizational levels ● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities ● Creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box and challenges the status quo ● Strong attention to detail with commitment to data accuracy ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Preferred Qualifications ● Experience with SuccessFactors HRIS and reporting tools, i.e., Story Reports & Power BI ● Knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs ● Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field Daily Responsibilities Reporting & Analytics ● Design, develop, and maintain complex reports using SuccessFactors Reporting tools, including Table Reports, Canvas Reports, and Story Reports ● Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making ● Analyze HR and business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement ● Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms ● Develop and maintain report documentation, including data dictionaries and user guides Business Partnership & Requirements Gathering ● Partner with business stakeholders across various departments to understand reporting needs and requirements ● Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications ● Act as a trusted advisor on reporting best practices and data visualization techniques Problem Solving & Innovation ● Think creatively to solve complex business problems using data and analytics ● Stay current with SuccessFactors updates, features, and best practices You will receive the following benefits: β€’ Medical Insurance - Four medical plans to choose from for you and your family β€’ Dental & Orthodontia Benefits β€’ Vision Benefits β€’ Health Savings Account (HSA) β€’ Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts β€’ Voluntary Life Insurance, Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance β€’ Hospital Indemnity Insurance β€’ 401(k) including match with pre and post-tax options β€’ Paid Sick Time Leave β€’ Legal and Identity Protection Plans β€’ Pre-tax Commuter Benefit β€’ 529 College Saver Plan Motion Recruitment Partners (MRP) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
