THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
β’ Marketing technology team supporting paid channel campaign execution and optimization
β’ Works closely with marketing and engineering teams to enable accurate tracking, attribution, and performance measurement
β’ Focused on delivering high-quality technical solutions for campaign effectiveness and growth initiatives

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
β’ Design, build, and maintain regular and ad-hoc people analytics reports and dashboards using Workday, Looker Studio, and Visier.
β’ Analyze workforce data across areas such as headcount, diversity, recruitment, engagement, compensation, performance, and learning effectiveness.
β’ Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and other stakeholders to deliver actionable insights supporting strategic people initiatives.
β’ Audit and validate data for accuracy, ensuring strong governance practices and consistency across systems.
β’ Translate complex analytics into clear, concise presentations and visualizations for non-technical audiences.
β’ Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:
β’ 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, HR Analytics, or related data-driven HR roles.
β’ Proven experience with Workday reporting, including building custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
β’ Strong skills in Looker Studio and/or Visier for data visualization and storytelling.
β’ Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
β’ Solid understanding of HR processes and metrics across talent acquisition, compensation, performance, and engagement.
β’ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
β’ Strong communication skills to present findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Experience with SQL and statistical tools (R or Python) is a plus but not required.
