Role description
Apex Systems is currently hiring a fully remote Reports Analyst to join the People Team at a global online entertainment/gaming company!
Must Have: 3+ years data analysis & presentation building with advanced Airtable
Location: Remote – US or Canada
Duration: 12+ month contract (US – W2; Canada – T4 or INC)
Pay: $40-58/hr

Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:
• Educational background in STEM, math, analytics, or engineering
• Extensive experience with AirTable, including building bases, supporting integrations (e.g., with Workday) and setting up automations
• Prior experience in data analysis, insights, business intelligence, or related functions
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience building presentations (Google Slides or PowerPoint)
• Comfortable working with numbers, reporting, and analytics
• Experience providing insights and recommendations based on data trends
• Professional presence and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure
• HIGHLY PREFERRED: Experience working with people data (e.g., recruiting metrics, attrition, offer/acceptance ratios)
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain internal reporting/presentation decks
• Work extensively in AirTable to manage and manipulate people data (recruiting, attrition, general population)
• Consume and interpret dashboards in Tableau (no Tableau development required)
• Create polished, professional reports under tight timelines, often with a “white glove” level of detail
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports and dig into anomalies or trends
• Develop user documentation and training materials
• Perform data audits and support data integrity across systems
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and projects, including work that may be deprioritized or redirected
